2000 Chevrolet C2500 5.7L with engine code P154

Question

I have been getting code P0154. I changed all 4 of the o2 sensors with a used ones from a doner truck. I am getting the same code and the truck has a misfire. Is it wiring or the sensor?

It's likely the misfire generating the O2 sensor code, not the O2 sensor generating the misfire. You need to resolve the misfire code to start with. The raw fuel going into the exhaust stream could be causing the O2 sensor code.
