Discuss the causes and fixes for P2A01 GMC OBDII Code

I have a P2A01 code coming up on my 2006 Yukon Denali. I replaced the oxygen sensor. Still comes on. Then i noticed the driver side exhaust manifold leaking. Replaced some broken bolts, to repair the exhaust leak, but code still comes on. I can clear it right away after it comes on with my scan tool. But it will return intermittently will no real rhyme or reason.

Unfortunately other than the Oxygen Sensor I have not seen any other components setting the P2A01 code. There are no service bulletin or any other information from the factory either. Also make sure there are no intake leaks and that the air filter is clean, and if possible try using high octane gas for a couple of week to see if that makes any difference.
