well I'm about to give up. Know one has been able to keep this code turned off. I have a 2008 Titan CC. Flex fuel. I had to install headers because my exhaust mani cracked at 90K miles like all of them. I went with the JBA's Lt. Headers, and cutback exhaust. after a couple of months this code came on and I have done everything I can think of. Replaced Both upstream sensors, replaced o-rings on the injectors. Can't find a leak anywhere. I reset the SES and in 20 miles it's back. It's been 2 years. I've spoke with Nissan tech's , Website tech's, just can't get it off, ECU reset, I'm open to anything...

Unfortunately there are many things that could cause the problem, at this point I suggest to have a tech with scanner read the signal of the sensor with a scanner to determine exactly what the problem is. You could have a bad Mass Air flow (MAF) sensor, intake leaks or may have to reprogram the ECM with the latest program. Have you tried "oxygen sensor extension" ? sometimes that would work as well.
