so the 2nd sensor throws the code, but all the 2nd sensor does is monitor the cat, so the 1st sensor is the one that's gone wonky, correct? i've noticed my downstream o2 sensor (i'm referring to bank 1 for everything, btw) is actually at about .645 instead of its usual .720-.760. wouldn't that mean it's running lean? anyways, i think my fuel pump might have some corrosion on the connector or wires, cause i do get a p0463 when the tank is exactly at full (if its over or under full, the code doesn't get thrown). since the p0463 is the fuel float unit and does not affect performance, i'm not worried about it atm, but i do want to fix the p2097, since i just put a new cat in, as the old one got clogged up from running way too rich (the pcm was cutting back fuel up to -20, and i still managed to use 1/4 of a tank going 2 miles down to road) so a p2097 code most likely means i should replace the upstream o2 sensor (even though the code itself says downstream is too rich) am i correct in thinking this?
