This is very common problem. These switches go bad often. Both the 2nd, 3rd and 4th pressure switches. They are easy to replace and can be done without a lift. What's good is that when these switches do fail, a code will tell you which one is at fault. I haven't seen any of these switches fail without a code present.

@Sam . If I literally got a brandnew transmission installed aprox. 16,000 miles ago. Is it possible to have a faulty code? I just got the p1739. And I can only assume its a fault code. This tranny came with a three year hundred thousand mile warranty . (2000..accord v6)
