I had the P2138 & P1564, but besides the codes i had a ABS, TRC, SLIP LIGHT ON, ALSO THE EMERGENCY LIGHT ON THE DASH WAS ON.
I did not have acceleration when I pressed on the accelerator the car move very slow (safe mode or limp mode)This is how I fixed, I changed the camshaft sensor bank 2 close to the firewall.
remember there are two cam shafts bank1 and bank2.then
I did the relearning procedure for the accelerator pedal, you can
google it you can easily find the procedure. then my mini van was
working fine, went for test around the block then the car went into safe
mode (no acceleration again), the reason my car was going into safe
mode was because the piston on the break on the caliper was stocked. so
the ABS SENSOR was detecting that something is wrong and was puttin the
car into safe mode
I order a new caliper installed and now everything is working fine.
