I've been having some strange things happen with my 2003 Ford F150 S.Crew Lariat 4x4. I have an OBD2 DTC Reader connected live to my laptop ever since my 4R70W Transmission's Fwd Drum/Direct Drive Clutch failed losing 3rd and 4th as well as OD, for the 3rd time requiring another full rebuild. I'm down rebuilding, So... I'm installing a MonsterTransmission HD Performance 4R70W with all the failure points (Stamped Steel Drum changed to a Billet Fwd Clutch Drum, Single piece servos and accumulators, upgraded pumps, bands, valve body, Firm/Positive and crisp shift kit, and a bunch more. Highly recommended!) But that's not the point of this post. So I was getting a steady stream of new DTC's for about 10 days until I cleaned out the EGR then no codes for almost 2 months (that's while driving in 1st and 2nd gear with OD Off with a max speed of 50-55mph @ 2800-2950 rpm.). But I've been getting new codes all-of-a-sudden. From a misfire in cylinder #8, P115A, & P1152. I went and bought new plugs and coils. And before I changed them the code was gone and P115A was there... Now P115A is gone and P1152 is there... I'm lost.... I'm gonna scan again this morning and I'll update.
