My Ford 2007 F-150 is running in Safe mode and it give the code P062C what is the cause and fix of that?

2008 F150 Triton 5.4 The transmission was just replaced by the Ford dealership in Santa Cruz, CA. Drove ok for about a week and then it started shifting eradicly, trans fault light lit up on the dash and then the overdrive off light began to flash. Put The OBDII Scanner on it and it only shows a pending code of P062c. Not sure why it is saying "Pending" and tried to clear the code unsuccessfully. Limped it home and couldn't even drive into my driveway, I had to back it in because in drive it would just slip and not engage to go forward but reverse worked fine.
I've replaced the transmission output speed sensor, and the transmission range controller. I've traced all wiring and found nothing broken or shorted. Tried to drive the truck today and still just slips when I put it in drive, 2nd, and 1st, Reverse works. At a loss now and don't know what to do. -
Since the dealer just replaced the transmission, why didn't you take it back to the dealer? It's very possible that the repair with the transmission is related to the problem.

I did bring it to them after the first sign of a problem. The service Manager (after my truck sat in his parking lot for over 18 days because of his transmission tech being out sick) told me the transmission was fine and there wasn't a problem with the tranny. He said it was the "speed sensor" and a "wiring harness" then tried to charge me $1800.00

UPDATE:
Took the truck to AAMCO for a second opinion and they determined that the transmission was bad and needed to be replaced. The aftermarket warranty co. replaced the transmission again. I need to mention that this was a replacement under the same warranty company so this is number two replaced by and supplied by the same company. WTF??? After about a month of normal driving the truck starting shifting eradicatly again! The same lights lit up and I limped it to the nearest AAMCO. Transmission failed AGAIN! That's number 3. They contacted the warranty company and waited for them to supply another transmission. During all this nobody has even asked or inquired as to why this keeps happening. I finally asked my warranty company (SilverRock Inc) why does this keep happening and what if it continues? They answered "We'll keep fixing it" UNBELIEVABLE!!
My truck was in the shop for an overall total of 38 days and sat in my driveway for a week waiting for repairs and being repaired. This is the only vehicle we have. So it was a MAJOR inconvenience each time it broke down. I'm affraid to drive my truck anywhere now!
