Unfortunately I haven't had that problem before, but I check the factory service manual and the manual have the P0545 code description as Exhaust Gas Temperature Sensor Circuit Low Bank 1 Sensor 1, but it recommends to inspect the A/C Clutch Relay. According to a national database of repairs for your model year, there are mixed results, some say the problem is the sensor and some the A/C Clutch Relay.
I recommend start by replacing the relay. The relay is cheap and easy to replace. -
I already replaced the EGT (oxygen sensor, as Dodge refers to it) with no positive result, so I will check out the A/C clutch replay for a potential problem.
