Had same issue but took a minute to figure out. Had the third catalytic converter stopped up which resulted in the EGR valve blowing a chunk out of it and melting down the EGR pressure sensor and wiring harness loom. I didn't know there was one there until I found it laying in the passenger floorboard of car from wrecker service. Replaced the sensor, catalytic converter and two new vacuume lines. Good to go now.
