I changed all spark plugs and coils when changing the spark plugs and coils I notice they was with with oil so I changed the engine valve cover but it's still misfiring any other suggestions on what's causing the misfire I also changed the cam shaft sensor just to be safe

I changed all the sparkplugs and coils and valve gasket but still p0303 3rd cylinder misfire(eventually) no light on yet but water and ehite smoke is hoing out from the scape and hard start
