What part did you replaced? Was it the Mass Air Flow (MAF)? did you use a factory MAF or aftermarket?
First make sure there are no loose connectors or wires in the engine compartment, next check and clean the Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor and replace the air filter. If the problem persists, you must replace the MAF.
