  • got this truck from another tech smoke tested and found plenum cracked and replaced also replaced plugs and wires. tech had replaced egr valve and coil pack also fuel filter and air filter along with o2 sensors. found exhaust pipe leaking at flange where it bolts to exhaust manifold and repaired. did notice at idle longterm is at 29.7 and short term at 18.0 but rev to 2500 and both will drop close to zero.checked lower intake and injector seals for leaks and found none. I do not think I have fuel pressure or quantity issues or problem with maf sensor or I would also have a p0171 dtc. engine runs rough but not to bad at idle.the other tech also added seafoam injector cleaner.
