I have a 2003 toyota highlander, 2.4liter 4 cylinder. Rough idle increased fuel consumption. I have removed and cleaned all four o2 sensors and reinstalled. Removed and cleaned MAF sensor, New plugs and new air filter. PCV valve functions properly. Reading codes PO174 and PO161. When I removed spark plugs 2&3 bank 2 they had very heavy carbon build up also both O2 sensors in bank 2 very dirty. When the engine is cold it runs great and doesn't trigger engine light until driving about 5 miles. I have a code reader and would clear all codes after each attempt to clean something. Since only one bank reading lean makes me think fuel pressure is good. I don't know how to check that. I hate to just start replacing sensors since they are relatively expensive. Any suggestions?
