I got the p0021 code on my 2005 G35X. It turned out to be the cam position sensor. It was $70 and not hard to replace. The sensor is located on the back of the engine on the drivers side for the P0021 code, for P0011 it is the passengers side. It is easier to take off the air intake than it is to reach around behind the engine from the passenger side, although I have done it both ways.
