2008 BMW E64 Cab, 34,000 mi., sudden onset at startup, DSC and brake assist malfunction, limp mode. OBD2 codes set: U1140, U1141, and CD93. Limp mode and codes reset after 6 hours and motor cool down. Car runs like new until motor turned off and then restarted again. Faults then reappear and remain until next time out and cool down cycle. Replaced original battery to eliminate it as a possible trigger, and had dealer register new battery to car. No change, and the dealer wants to charge me 2-3 hrs. labor to diagnose problem, I need some advice on my best shot at fixing this problem.
