code p3021 and red triangle comes on and later battery is no charging and fan doesn't stop to work and loose power the car -
Code 3021 is related to battery block 11 inside your hybrid battery pack. you can remove the orange plug on the driver side of the battery pack to disconnect the battery circuit (+/-). then remove the pack from the car. the battery has 28 cells paired up into groups of two or "blocks". Block 11 would be starting at the ecu side of the battery cells 21 and 22. Remove individual cells from the pack and load test them. if they fall below approx 7.3 vdc then it is a bad cell. You can find replacement used cells fairly cheap on EBAY. 28-35 bucks. I have replaced about half of mine in my pack and its been alot cheaper than buying a 1500-1800 dollar pack. hope this helps.
