I had the P2649 code. Turns out, when I was replacing the seal I somehow bent a pin for one of the two connectors when putting it back together. I manage to straighten out the pin using micro screwdriver and long needle nose pliers. I disconnected the battery and the other pin. to help eliminate shorting anything out.
