Which engine part does this apply to? Or could it be a series of components? I replaced the TSP. Seemed to have helped. But occasionally, the code pops up. Or comes on. I'll erase it and will not have issues. Then, again it shows up.

2016 Hyundai sonata SE:
I replaced the entire pedal assembly which includes the sensor and erase the codes. The light came on and the hesitant acceleration happened again. The RPMs will not go over 2000 and it sputters. P 2122 Came back! The throttle body position sensor says it’s unserviceable and you have to replace the entire throttlebody that includes the sensor. Would this be my next move? -

Unfortunately, I haven't had that problem before at my shop, but according to the factory service manual and a national database of repairs on the 2015 Hyundai Sonata, the most probable cause of the problem is the Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor. I hope that helps.

Yep, tried it to no avail. I really hoped that was the issue. Changed all spark plugs just in case. (I'm just thinking of everything I know as a girl, lol)
