I have a p002 and p2010 happened together replaced intake manifold actuator replaced o2 sensor had dealer checked wireing said it's good bad pcm replaced pcm no change obd will not dump codes

If you look the the attached diagram, there is nothing else. Just the valve and the PCM. So if you have already replaced the valve and PCM, the the problem have to be the wires. My only suggestion is to double check the wires from the valve to the PCM.
