How do i fix problem ? Do i just change the low coast brake solenoid valve ? Its for a 05nissan xterra 4.0 ....the other code that came up was p1716 revolution sensor will fixing the low coast brake solenoid also clear up that problem or do i replace both low coast solenoid valve and revolucion sensor ?

I checked the transmission fluid its does smell burnt..its looks a little dark ...but it doesnt change past 1st gear

You should check with another dealer, they may not be able to sell the solenoid, but they should be able to sell the the Transmission Valve Body. Transmission Valve Body is the component that contains all the transmission electric parts and is much cheaper than the transmission.
