Could it be Evap pressure sensor causing this because mechanic wants me to buy that part next he says that's why it's reading code p1447. I also get code p0446 but mechanic already replaced Evap canister and evap canister control valve, but I'm still getting that code P0446

I have a p1400 error for Maxima 1997...reset the code last year with OBD II and drove the cycle and passed the tests. This year however, when i reset the p1400 code, it comes back on very quickly leaving the components in NOT READY status. The check engine lights come back when i start my car the 2nd time after erasing the code and drive half a block...it doesnt come on though when i do a reset and keep on driving during the first drive. Any fix to this? I dont want to spend $400 on changing the solenoid valve. Whats the correct drive cycle for Nissan Maxima 1997 GL automatic. Thanks

If i am not reading it wrong, its 2 mins idle 8-9 mins 55-60mph and series of 5 quick stops in total 20 mins of drive? Do i have to turn on the AC or heater during the first step? Where does the engine coolant temperature shows?
