Engine starts normally and runs smoothly but RPM is barely above 1000. Sporadically increases to about 2100. Barely enough power to get to O'Reilly's to have the codes read. This code is indicated twice as is the associated P100B code, also relating to the VVEL.

Unfortunately you may have to replace the VVEL actuator motor bank 2 and that can get very expensive.

I think we're good. We bought the car used but with an add-on warranty. Whew. There are only 11,000 miles on it so I hope this isn't an indication of things to come. Seems to be a pretty awesome machine.
