There is no information in the factory service manual for the P0627. For the P0320 the problem is the fuel pump relay. You should start by checking the relay. If possible replace the relay.

i have this fault code on a 2012 Range rover Supercharged and I would like an opinion. I've checked connections to the Fuel pump control module, the low pressure pump, the high pressure pumps, and at the relay. i suspect i have high resistance on the relay ground due to the fact that it measures roughly 65 ohms when the relay is triggered and the symptoms are that the vehicle will intermittenty not start and it has even shut dwn the engine while my customer was driving 3 times! it is n the british virgin islands and i only have tomorrow with it to continue diagnostics and hopefully solve the issue. the vehicle has had 2 new fuel pumps, camshaft sensors, crank sensor, new fuel pump module, high pressure pumps are providing pressure within the factory specs until it logs the p0627 code.

after looking at wiring diagrams i have learned that the ground for the relay runs through the bcm before it goes to the ECM, and i am starting to suspect that the bc may be providing the resistance i suspect and i am about to loop it out and see what changes, but i dont know how much resistance i should expect if any with the relay triggered
