I checked the old sender unit and there wasnt a sensor On the outside right top of the fuel tank there was a sensor with a plug that came out of the sender unit Wondering if this is evap sensor

It turns on right when i start the car even after resetting it.

Not necessarily. If the sensor failed (internal damage) it will also trigger the code right away or you wont be able to clear the code.

For your vehicle, the P0453 code is the Fuel Tank Pressure (FTP) sensor. The sensor is on top of the fuel tank. You should be able to access the FTP sensor through the fuel tank access cover under the rear seat. Here is the only image I got, I hope that helps.
