I have a 2004 Saturn Vue Smog test came up with PO466 but it also says obd11 bulb check! PO466 nis for the smog system so where is the "Bulb"? ITs for the engine problem light and when I initially turn on the ignition the light shows and then actually turn the ignition key all the way on it also shows "on"so where does the bad bulb come in?
