My had this code in tandem with P2135 "P2135 SATURN - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch 'A'/'B' Voltage Correlation"
I replaced the spark plugs but that didn't fix it.
If I turn the car off and wait a bit, then it will run fine for a couple miles and then act up again. The "low power" dashboard light comes on solid and there is very noticeable drop in power from the gas pedal.
When I replaced the plugs, the wiring and harnesses looked pretty good.
I assume maybe it really is the throttle position sensor. Typically known as the TPS. I guess I'll try replacing that. It's a 2007 Saturn Ion sedan with about 160k miles.
