There is another simple check that can be done. At the right side lower side of lower intake there is a module that controls the intake manifold runner control that controls the baffles in the intake. There are 3 on each side. The module controls the baffles at higher speeds. Check to see if the linkage is connected and that they both move when you rev the engine up to higher R.P.M. I had a P0174 code that would not go away.I did all the upper plenium gaskets and seals and then had to take it all out again after the mechanic said it was a lower intake gasket leak. Well after I worked my a.. off taking it apart to replace the lower seals I saw that the baffels were not moving and the linkage was disconnected. I think I could have got it to work without ripping it all apart. However I claned it all out while it was apart and made sure the baffles and ports were as clean as I could get them . I put it all together and I was super surprised how much better it ran. The seals and gaskets I guess are a common problem and it might be your problem but in case it's not my rule is check the easy stuff first. Do this you could save yourself a lot of money and or time
