  • It is 2007 Accord ex 2.4 regular 4 cyl.
    O2 sensor had Po141 reading, had it and cat converter replaced, and engine light still on. (Right after being reset, it came right back on.)
    Never had these problems with my old Toyota

  • I have been checking what else could set the P0141, but unfortunately, other than the sensor, there is nothing else common that could set the P0141 code. I recommend to double check the sensor installation. Make sure there are no exhaust leaks near the sensor.

    One more thing, there is a fuse for the sensor, but that fuse powers other things (e.g. MAF, EVAP Canister) and if the fuse is blown, you will also get other codes.
