Try disconnecting the car battery to reset the system, but the problem is usually the "Audio Unit Finisher Circuit Boar" the circuit board behind the switches. The circuit board has nothing to do with the P0340 code, for that code you have to replace the Camshaft Position Sensor. The other two codes may be related to the circuit board.

Mines a 2013 g37. It used to have trans code, cam code, and battery volt code and it used to want to bog down randomly when stopped or slowing down. It got better with ac on but when i would put a load on it like lowering windows it would bog down too. I have stillen CAIs and the dealer said the A/F mixture was off. The problem was getting better but then i put on Hi flow cats and now i just have a battery code but my car bogs down more often randomly idles rough sometimes and the exhaust is raspy at 3k but i think that might be an exhaust leak thanks

The code has nothing to do if the battery is new or old, as long there is charge (enough to start the engine), the battery wont set the code.
If the engine doesn't starts or hesitate to start, then there may be a problem with the battery and if the battery was replaced, then there may be something draining the battery.

thanks P0340 code came off after changing the camshaft, now the other 2 still confused abut them

I have 2012 fx35 all at one time codes c1109 c1130 p1233 battery passed in all 3 areas. The only thing that stopped working is the back hatch wont come up and down with key and or latch button.

Have you tried clearing the codes? how long it takes for the codes to come back? I doubt that hatch problem has anything to do with the codes.
I recommend double checking the battery connectors and terminals. Also make sure the ground cable from the battery to the body is making good contact. -
