I had this code on my 2019 2500HD High Country and the fix was as easy as disconnecting the plug at the EBCM, checking the pins for signs of corrosion, reinstalling the plug and tapping on the motor housing with handle of a screw driver. The EBCM is located on the inside of the frame rail on the driver's side near the fuel filter.
