The Transfer Case Control Module continuously monitors the switch signal circuit to determine whether the driver has requested a mode change. The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) sets when the low side driver is ON, the Transfer Case Control Module measures an invalid voltage on the Four-Wheel Drive Switch Signal circuit.
