My 07 Chevy Suburban has code B2555, Driver's door module, undefined. Lately the aux. fan will come on by itself when the driver's door is opened, then closed. the rear access open (window) light will come on when it it is closed and will cause all dome lights to come on and stay on until the access is opened and closed a few times. The other day, the door locks would randomly lock and unlock as I was driving, as well as the dome lights turning on and off every time I hit a bump in the road! Finding an electrical short or problem is like finding a needle in a haystack...any suggestions on where I should start? This is the 4th Suburban I have bought new and am seriously wondering what other vehicles to consider next time around...Thank you! Sally A.

Sounds like you may have a problem with one of the doors ajar switch. Unfortunately the code itself wont tell you exactly which side is. Also, sometimes the switch is working as designed, but one of the doors is not aligning properly causing a large gap between the body and door.

found the issue it was a rubbed wire in the liftgate harness between the liftgate and the body of the vehicle. replace the rear liftgate wiring harness.
