This DTC is also stored when the vehicle information sent from the millimeter wave radar sensor is abnormal. In these cases, perform initialization so that the millimeter wave radar sensor recognizes the vehicle information. The Seat Belt Control ECU sets the OBDII code if there is a malfunction in the millimeter wave radar sensor or there is a problem with the initialization.

Precautions for SRS “AIR BAG” and “SEAT BELT PRE-TENSIONER” Service

Never probe the electrical connectors on air bag, side air curtain modules or seat belts.
