Hi there,

This code indicates an issue with the rear O2 sensor on bank 1.  The heater circuit to the sensor or inside the sensor itself has an issue. In most cases replacing the sensor will resolve the issue. Bank 1 is the driver side of the engine, this O2 sensor is the one AFTER the catalytic converter.
