Cam sensor was replaced 2x on my 2008 nissan sentra with 126 tho miles then engine light came on again same cam sensor code. Was noticing the car for 4 days in the morning would stall when starting like 2 or 3 times then was fine the rest of the day. Day 4 stalled 2x in am then took to work then went out on break and car wouldn't turn over at all. Got the car towed and mechanic said there is no compression in the car? According to him I would have to replace the whole motor or get another car any suggestions?

HI there

It sounds like the timing chain may have jumped time. This would cause the cam sensor code and the loss of compression. About all you can do with this is either replace the timing chain or the engine.
