2000 Avalon XLS P1135 TOYOTA - Air/Fuel Ratio Sensor Heater Circuit Response Malfunction and P1155 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction.
I have changed all three O2 sensors and the EFI relay, there are no exhaust or intake leaks, I am getting 12v on both sides of the heater to common ground and still getting these codes what am I over looking could it be the computer?
I have EQ 0.997on both B1S1 and B2S2 and 3.298v on both B1S1 and B2S2

P1135 A/F sensor heater circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1

P1155 A/F sensor heater circuit Bank 2 Sensor 1

0,997 on both side, this is the ECM, If you have a scan tool that read data and there is a Fuel System if it says open loop . Its the ECM. this means the ECM does not see the A/F sensor . This is A/F the difference is its 3.0 volts to 3,3 volts .

I have come to the conclusion that I have a ground fault most likely with the PCM I am going to pull the open circuit relay first and test it, I didn't know about this relay until I done some in depth reading. The book I have only has one paragraph about this relay and it is not in an accessible place, not much is on this vehicle.
