these are all the codes that came up when my check engine light came on i have no clue what to think and no one has been abke to help me the van shakes at times and jerks at times my van drove fine to work when i left it started with problems

You should start by erasing all the codes and if the light comes back ON then check for codes. You could disconnect the car battery for about 30 minutes to clear all the codes.
