Your Variable Cam Timing Is Overretarded In Bank #2.

Cam timing could be improperly Set

You Could Have Continuous Oil Flow To The VCT Position Chamber

Your VCT Solenoid Valve May Be Stuck Open

You Could Have A Problem With Your Camshaft Advance Mechanism Binding. (VCT UNIT).
