2005 Ford Expedition V8 with codes P0453, P0305, and P0316, what is the meaning of the codes?

You have a P0305 whichis a code for cylinder misfire on #5 cylinder. This will cause the P0316 which is simply a misfire detection code.

The P0453 is for the fuel tank pressure sensor. This is likely caused by a faulty purge control solenoid. If it doesn't open and allow the pressure out of the charcoal canister, then the pressure builds in the fuel tank and this code will appear.
