2005 Nissan Altima, 2.5L. While driving on the highway at a consistent speed, I felt hesitation, like the transmission slipped or the engine lost power for a very brief moment. Shortly after the service engine, the light came on.

The codes came through as P0725 and P0335. This happened a couple of days ago and again today, I felt hesitation while driving at a steady speed. Is this a drive train issue or a sensor issue?

These cades together mean you need to replace the crank angle sensor on the rear of the engine. The 335 is for the crank sensor and the 725 is a transmission code for the engine speed sensor. One sensor causes both codes.
