I have replaced the timing chain and the engine oil pump but nothing worked. My car runs fine but if RPM is above 3XXX I hear a rattling sound from the engine therefore I am running at lower RPMs.

P0011 Camshaft position timing over advanced

Have you check the camshaft actuator ? These tend to stick open, When that area has been ruled out, you can be sure what you have is a internal oil leak. Here a TSB for this condition , Even though this TSB supports a P0010 just the description that you have fits the problem,

This TSB supersedes TSB# 15-01-022 to revise the service procedure to clarify the steps to access the E-CVVT area.

Dealers must perform this Service Campaign on all affected vehicles prior to customer retail delivery.

When a vehicle arrives at the Service Department, access Hyundai Motor America's "Warranty Vehicle Information" screen via WEBDCS to identify open Campaigns

Description: On certain 2015 SONATA (LF) vehicles equipped with 2.0T and 2.4L GDI engines, the "Check Engine Light" may illuminate with DTC P0010 (Intake tcamshaft  Position Actuator Circuit) stored in the ECM. This condition may be due to incomplete seating of the internal oil seal plug at the intake camshaft E-CVVT (Electronic-Continuously Variable Valve Timing) actuator.

The vehicle may also exhibit one or more of the following conditions
