Consistent engine misfire at 1800 rpm. Lifting from the accelerator and accelerating again eliminates the misfire then runs properly.  Changed plugs, good for about 100 miles and returned. No check engine light.

If you changed sparkplug and it was acting good for the next 100 miles , this would be ignition related. If you put spark plug other that what is required in this engine you can be sure to have a stumble during acceleration.

Oil seepage going into the sparkplug well rarely creates a misfire condition, but on a 4 cylinder Honda it does and so does sparkplugs that are not recommended for this engine
