The car runs for about a half hour or better depending on outside temperature. Then it begins to misfire badly and finally quits. After a period of seven to ten minutes the car starts fine and run fines for a shorter period of time than previously, then repeats the same problem. Why is this happening and how is it related to the P0335 code retrieved? How can this be fixed?

HI there,

What I see most times is a faulty crank position sensor. As the sensor heats up it stops sending signal to the computer and the car will misfire, stall and not restart until the sensor has cooled off. I think to resolve this you will need to replace the crank position sensor.
