had an oil change recently and after that my check engine light came on. the code reads misfire the code is po301. is it possiable that they could have forgotton to put something back on or etc. the shop i went to didnt have any customers . my car was fine until the oil change. iam currently going thru a family member who is dying so i dont have much money and have to try and fix this on my own and need transportion to take my step dad to and from the doctors and hosptial. thank you

an oil change should not cause this problem. What I would do is swap the #1 ignition coil with the one next to it. Then if the misfire moves to cylinder #2 you know the coil is the culprit. If not, then you could have a bad spark plug, or fuel injector causing the concern.
