The car is a 04 sxt neon 2.0 has low compression on #1cylinder as i said it pulled up three codes po300,po301 and po344. I did compression tests twice.it only has 65,000 miles on it.

Hi there,

Replacing the cam sensor is not going to solve this problem. With low compression it indicates the timing belt must have jumped time. This will give you misfires on more then one cylinder and cause cam position sensor codes.
