I have a 2005 GMC Duramax it has a recurring intermittent problem. When it occurs the right injector bank drops off and engine knocks. The truck can only go 15 mph and shifts hard. Also the fuel gauge immediately goes to empty and check engine light comes on. It seems to be induced by rear wheels spinning faster than front wheels. I have changed the injector control module, updated with 90 degree wire harness and replaced fuel sending unit.

P2146 Injector positive voltage relay control circuit group 1

When this code condition happens ,1 , 4 , 6 and 7 injector is disabled. This is a short to power condition that you have , the proof is the the fuel gauge going to empty, almost as though the ignition was switcch off and on. Use this TSB as a solution it about a rub through wire condtion dealing with the FICM TSB # 09-06--04-034 what this is about is the FICM wire gets chaffed by its harness getting rub thru against the back of the alternator,
