What does FRA 1 Battery Low mean?

You mean RFA 1 Battery Low?

 RFA = Remote Frequency Actuation. The code is triggered when the key fob remote battery voltage is low. Replacing the key fob battery usually takes care of the problem.

Wonder if I changed both of the batteries and the rfa1 batterylow is still showing up. What should I do
