I have put 2 new batteries and 1 new alternator in a 2008 Chrysler sebring. It will not start after sitting for 10 hours I have had 2 draw tests done and nothing is showing up. I just got a po 0562 error. Any help diagnosing the cause would be great.

Vehicle: 2008, Dodge Chrysler, Sebring, V-6 2.5L
