I have a 1996 Toyota Camry and the ECM needs to be replaced. Is the correct code for that P0607? And what does the code P0307 mean?

The P0607 is for the ECM, but you shouldn't get the P0307. The p0307 is for the cylinder #7 misfire and you Camry don't have cylinder #7. Either you got the code wrong, the scanner you are using is not compatible with your vehicle or the ECM is not the correct.
